Do not talk too much…, by doing so you may lose the appreciation the people have for you. Of course, you may speak your mind, but only with beneficial and measured words.

Also, as far as your neighbour is concerned, do not rush to conclusions about someone, just from the idle talk you hear about him or her, lest you fall out on your judgment.. Therefore, be very careful in your conclusions!
