– Who can say that problems do not fall upon him?
– Who can say he has not hit a dead end?
– Who can say that he does not have moments when he feels powerless to achieve something?
– Who can say he has not encountered injustice on the part of people, unable to defend himself?

In short:
Who can say, that he has not been unable to find a solution to a problem he is facing?
