When you are attacked by carnal thoughts, beware lest the mind and body deceive you that this is a necessity of nature to satisfy carnal passion!

If you listen to me and do not succumb, you will see, when the influence of temptation passes, that that “need” is nothing but a lie!!!! You will, in fact, feel much joy that you did not give in to temptation!
