681 (“CONTINUITY”/ TARGET/ VANITY/ FALLS/ FAILURES) Maintain the blessed and unbroken “continuity” to God…. Do not procrastinate at superfluous or vain or deceitful matters… Do not stop at your falls or at your failures… Rather, keep and follow your continuity to God…, towards your target, to things pure, to things high… Like a passerby who walks in a hurry to reach his destination… and happens to cross a market place and pays no attention whatsoever, neither to what is sold, nor to what is discussed, nor to what is advertised… but turns his full attention and his walk to his destination! So, maintain your continuity and keep walking briskly and steadily to your target… “Now it came to pass, when the time had come for Him to be received up, that He (Jesus) steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem” (Luke 9, 51).
