Idle talk is not only that which comes only out of the mouth, but also that which we keep inside us. The same applies to judgment which is not only that which we say loudly but also the one we say and think from within, i.e. the internal judgment.

(NEIGHBOUR/ HOSPITALITY/ KINDNESS/ LOVE)
“Let brotherly love continue; Do not neglect to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels” (Heb. 13:1-2). And if you have work to do (that is not too important), sacrifice it for the sake of your visitor. Hospitality and kindness are basic Christian virtues, which are based on love for one’s neighbour.

(PROGRAMME/ EXCUSES)
if you get carried away and deviate from your “programme” and from continuing your good work, as soon as you realize it, you should immediately go back to it and “save” yourself. Only the exact observance of your “ programme” will save you from deviations; and this because, temptation, in combination with your passions, will always provide you with justifications for things that you did but which you should not have done; the objective of temptation and passions is to derail you from your programme, with all the unpleasant consequences…
