Do not just accept every thought that comes to you (nor be troubled by them), except to accept, the good (thoughts) which you responsibly make…

Instead of becoming a passive receiver of any of your emotions and psychological states, immediately switch to your energetic, fighting and good spiritual way, without getting too close to your thoughts and emotions.

Also be careful not to lose your mind when all kinds of “evil” things fall upon you simultaneously… (I wrote “evil” in quotes, because, there is nothing bad in the world, but sin! A thing may be bad or good, depending on how we ourselves face it).

So, during testing cases, keep your calmness, sobriety and patience and you will rejoice… Everything will be arranged by God!
